    WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD Had a good size order, paid for it, got it, pulled into a parking spot in THEIR PARKING LOT to check the order. Two soft tacos were missing, ok no biggie right? Go back through the drive thru (that NOBODY IS AT!!! ITS EMPTY!!!!! ) pull up to the window (holding my receipt) and say," you forgot my two soft tacos", the lady at the window says, I'm Gonna need you to go back through the line, stop at the speaker and tell me this. Then I'll put it in. UMMMMMMM EXCUSE ME??????? NOBODY BUT ME WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!!! So even with being so rudely talked to I went back around but guess what???? Now I'm stuck in line, so I move up and tell her I was at the box to again let her know they forgot my tacos and pulled up, a totally different person hands me my food and I leave. Problem now is nice I get home the good that was correct is now Inedible because it's soggy and disgusting from me having to wait because I had to pull back through the drive-thru to tell her in the box what I told her at the window. Now fast forward, we attempt to call twice on lunch break, nobody answers. Call again at approximately 630 pm a young gentleman answers we ask to speak with a manager he states he is one, (this is where things go sideways for Jo reason) ok I need to talk to you about and order and right then he interrupted and said,"sir I'm gonna need you to watch your language" so we're like"what are you talking about?" He says,"I'm gonna need you to watch your language" so we say "what language are you talking about?" He says "you said the N word!" So we explain nobody said the N word, we are calling about an order last night and that it wasn't handled properly. The "manager" at first states he wasn't even there and had no idea what we were talking about, then states he was there he was in the back making the order but didn't hear any interaction at all and the girl at the drive through was pretty far away he couldn't hear her, then said he was in the office, then stated he had people he had to wait on and what did we want, and for the fourth time he was our order refunded back to the card. There's Absolutely NO WAY that this practicing standard now!!!!! I am absolutely mind blown at the audacity, the entitlement, the rudeness! If you dont like people just don't have a job that requires to be a decent person.
