The last two times I went, I just drove away because the AI didn’t understand what I was saying. I guess I won’t be back and from the reviews it seems like plenty of others feel the same way.

So after I bit I pulled up to the window, the girl tried to give me the person behind me order. I stated that they never took my order, she stated well you will have to go back through the line. I said no mam, I have waited 20 mins and you tell me that because a machine didn’t take my order I have to go back through. I have been waiting longer than all the people behind me. She goes and gets the manager, the manager states the same thing. I told her that I won’t be getting back in line that I was waiting right here til I got my food, all the other people behind me was going to get mad. They close the window and next thing I know, the cops pulled up. This manager, if that is what you call her, called the cops because I wouldn’t move until she gave me my food. Will be calling the main office. I work in customer service and can not believe that this is the way you treat customer. All I need was 5 cheese wraps, it wasn’t a big order. But a computer failed to take my order so I was going to have to stand in line to place it again. Sorry, I think not!
