  I waited to review this location until I've been through their drive-thru a few times over an extended period of time. My experiences are that I get an accurate order very quickly.

  I went to the Taco Bell on Whitney way and ordered a Mexican pizza to add lettuce and sour cream after it was cooked. I assume it was the manager that came on the speaker and said very rudely we don’t do that. She was so rude I didn’t even want to finish my order at that location so I went to the Taco Bell on commerce Drive. Si was the person in the drive-through who took my order. This time when I ordered the Mexican pizza with lettuce and sour cream, he not only accommodated me, but he greeted me with a positive attitude and friendly smile. My food was cooked exactly how I wanted it and I had an excellent experience at the commerce Drive location. In today’s world where prices are skyrocketing, I want to go where I feel welcome, where the person in the drive-through is friendly, and the food is cooked correctly. I will definitely go to this location when I want Taco Bell in the future.
