They just had everyone sit in line waiting instead of having that car pull forward while remaking whatever was wrong with their food. By the time I got to the window they just handed me the food with no apology or acknowledgement of the wait. My order was correct, but they did not give me any napkins and the food was not hot anymore.

Always rude, always slow, always forgetting items/incorrect items. If they forget to put forks or other items YOU PAiD FOR in the bag, they act like you are inconveniencing them when you ask for it!
