  Got 2 soft shell tacos, completely plain with just meat and cheese, due to whatever lettuce they use having a very poor taste. Both had lettuce. Very light, though, similar to how much meat and cheese they put in the tortillas, which was also no more than a teaspoon of either. Staff was fine, but essentially got scammed over 5 dollars. Paid more for air. Kinda sucks. Edit: Was ordered late at night, which corroborates other reviews here that the night staff are either high turnover and not hardly trained if at all, or are hilariously incompetent.

  Do not use GrubHub or any other ordering apps here. Grossly incompetent staff will actively try to make picking up your order a burden on everyone.

  Every time i come through the drive thru late night the service gets worse and worse .. its like they have a high turnover of employees. The manager there is lazy and not helpful.. and when the line is wrapped around the building and he doesn’t feel like working he tells everyone that they are only taking doordash orders. Totally different experience and customer service compared to Day Shift . Changes need to be made
