Customer service is terrible. Waited 5 minutes place was empty, no cars in drive thru and no one would come to take my order. Guess sales is meaningless to this crew. I walked........
I was very unhappy with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. I sat stuck in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes, and the lobby was full of customers, yet there weren’t enough employees to keep up. For such a busy location, the speed of service was far below expectations, and employees didn’t seem able to help or communicate. At the prices customers pay for tacos and meals, this store should have the resources to hire and properly support enough employees to keep things moving. The brand is built on quick, convenient service, and this experience was the opposite. Please invest in staffing and training so customers can receive the fast, reliable service Taco Bell is known for.

Staff was great this morning.
I gave 4 stars for service because the new model is very disconnected from the customer. Very brief interactions is a bit off putting. Its not the workers fault. Its the new normal everywhere where you order from a kiosk and then pick up the food. Its not very welcoming.
4 stars for atmosphere because it was clean but the inside color decor was too sterile and colorless. Bring back the 90s flair.
Very small parking lot. One way in, one way out when the drive thru is packed. And it was. I went in to take it to go but no service. They had one girl working the drive thru, front counter, gathering orders, and apologizing to customers. You can tell she was overworked by the sweat and food all over her clothes. All of the workers were covered in food and I observed them never changing there gloves between handling money, food, wiping sweat, touching counters, etc.. They need a lesson in food safety and customer service.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell for its food and quick service, but there is one major issue that makes my visits unpleasant every time. The man at the counter is extremely arrogant and consistently speaks in a rude manner. It feels disrespectful as a customer to be treated this way. Apart from his behavior, everything else is good—the food, the cleanliness, and the service from others. But his attitude alone is enough to ruin the experience.
