Every time I try to eat here now I have the absolute worst experience possible. The drive-thru is an A.I. bot (not even a good one). After fighting with the A.I. bot to place my order. I finally pull forward only for the person to tell me to drive back around the front of the restaurant so they can bring my food out. They do this to keep their drive-thru times low for corporate reasons. This place needs new management it is TERRIBLE!

I was disappointed I had to use a kiosk to order but well worth it…I got to pick the details of what I wanted. Two soft tacos, no lettuce, add pico. I cannot remember the last time I had a taco bell taco made with love. It was appropriately filled with meat & fresh shell & warm!!! Ty!

I didn't get what I asked for/paid for. The girl in the drive thru must have been mad she had to take an order! I asked what came on something and she just mumbled. Still no idea what she said but she sure charged me and didn't give me what I ordered! They even left certian ingredients off! Why just why?
This place sucks. Never get the order right. Food was cold this last time when we got home and we live barely a mile away. We didn't realize that a few things were missing from our order until we got home, unfortunately so I had to call and tell them. Took forever for them to answer and when I told them they said just pull back up and let them know. We drove back to the restaurant and went inside. At least 3 employees saw me (one even walking right past me twice) without even acknowledging my existence. I had to interject. Meanwhile the 2 line employees were joking around and I heard a young child in the background behind the kitchen area. I got the missing food, returned home, and guess what! They didn't even make the right taco. The woman I spoke to said taco Supreme 3 times to the line worker and he still made it wrong. Just a regular taco. Again, this place SUCKS! Perhaps worse, we ordered 3 different Luxe boxes and the individual items were just tossed in the bag...no boxes or separation at all so we all had to dig through the bag to figure out what we ordered. Terrible employees. Store needs an actual manager or just be shut down.

The AI taking my order was too repetitive, too quick, and rude even for a machine. The screen to review my order was to small and filled with other things which made it difficult to see. This plus the AI kept asking me about my ordered correctness, every 2 seconds. Not a good experience at all.
The tacos ordered where all crunchy and should have been soft.
The steak burrito was mostly rice. Not a place I will be returning to..💩🤔
