Waited 30 minutes to get our food, went up to the counter about 17 minutes in to check on my order and the girl at the front counter had a bad attitude while asking for my name.She disappeared, and I continued to wait and watch them complete 3 or 4 more drive thru orders. Including 1 or 2 I saw them complete after bumping my flashing order from their expediting screen. We initially ordered our food to sit and eat in the restaurant but because of the wait we asked the employee who brought us our food to put it in a to-go bag. As he was bringing us our food in the to-go bag he murmured obscenities and something along the lines of “you’re gonna give me attitude” under his breath as he was walking over to us. When I finally got my order I was about 3/4 of the way through my crunch-wrap without any meat, and my crunchy taco was barely filled. My wife’s crunch-wrap was mostly sour-cream. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Taco Bell ever and I’ve been a customer my whole life.
