  Felt very rushed to make an order and couldn't finish making the order without being interrupted with the "will that complete your order" tagline while the establishment its self was nice the employees definitely dont have the temperament for fast food.

  this establishment in Rapid City is one of the most poorly staffed places I have encountered. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff is absolutely insane, tonight I had what sounded like a underage teenage girl tell us that “i ain’t finna make food tonight so go ahead and get a refund on the app” then didn’t elaborate any further lol they just be hiring anybody

  The new Cantina options are pretty good. We received extra items, possibly by mistake. I don't think they were ordered it was just a taco or two extra. Place was clean and wasn't overly busy.

  Ordered on mobile app. Waited over a hour in the drive thru to get food. Ordered three things. The only thing that was right was the fiesta potatoes. Very rude workers. 10/10/2025

  I came in to pick up an order. I waited 5 minutes before anybody even acknowledged I was there. I heard an employee yelling profanities while I was waiting. The store was very dirty. And none of the employees working were friendly.
