  This is a combination burrito and this is just crazy can’t even pick up to eat the insides are spilling out and just made sloppy

  Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Taco Bell I’ve Ever Visited if I could give 0 stars i would. This location was filthy from the moment we walked in. The tables looked like they hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor. When we politely asked for a rag to clean our own table, the staff member got an attitude. The food was just as disappointing. The chicken tenders were burnt beyond recognition—not once, but twice. They were so tough you couldn’t even break into them. When we asked for a refund, the manager snapped at us, raising her voice and saying, “That’s why I asked the FIRST TIME if you wanted your money back, because they’re all like this.” We remained polite, but the disrespect was unacceptable. The rest of the meal wasn’t any better—hardly any meat, mostly breading, and poor quality overall. Meanwhile, the staff preferred to talk about hotel stays with each other instead of taking care of customers. To top it off, the AC didn’t work, the bathroom had no paper towels, and it made me seriously question whether the staff even wash their hands. Thankfully, we went next door for chicken strips that were fresh, juicy, and cooked correctly—proving it’s not too much to ask for basic quality and cleanliness. This place needs serious management changes. I will never be back and would not recommend it to anyone.
