  Around 8:40 - 8:52pm the little white girl with the terrible wanna be goth girl make up was so ignorant. She dropped my food instead of handing it to me like a normal human being. Someone need to teach their children some respect before someone else do.... Stay safe tho.

  First of all, the drive-thru is a one-way only so once you're pulled in you can't get out, now they have replaced people taking the order with a computer that can't understand even the simplest of things, the wait time to get your order is increasingly getting worse and they removed they don't offer the breakfast menu anymore.

  Order is almost never correct at this location. Didn’t receive any of the items I was upcharged for such as jalapeños or sauce. As well as completely missing items from my order. I’ve have this location chance after chance, but this will be the last.

  I was just in there not even 15 mins ago and the only 2 people I really seen working was Keira and sheara (I think that’s how you spell his name they did my whole order basically by themselves the managers were chatting behind them not even paying attention to the line… food great the guy at the front was nice and the two workers who did my whole order

  I used to find myself working here before. I am utterly devastated and disappointed sadly how things looked and how the food was made. Firstly, chips everywhere in bag, secondly double decker messed up, thirdly NOTHING but two to three items were named correctly with the wrapper. Another issue I saw was NO COMMUNICATIONS between any of the folks working between 2:50-3:20pm when we went to go get food. The cleanliness of the store was not up to code (personally) and meaningfully I think whatever happened today, I hope it ISNT EVERYDAY. Because that was the worst I had seen the store ever be. Even when I worked there, it was much more cleaner. I’m not telling you how to do your job or to do anything but seriously, PICK. UP. THE.SLACK. Other than that, work to succession guys. I know you have it in you all.
