  I was given athevwrong order and when I went back the place was closed. I knocked on the window and the same employee that took my order remembered me and was very apologetic. However his manager told him he could not because the kitchen was closed. They gave us a bunch of left over food.

  This is not fast food at all every time I do a door dash or even order my self I sit in the drive through for atleast 20 minutes and it not so much that the line are long but they are just really slow cooking and processing the orders and on top of them taking so long to cook the food there's always long lines and honestly the food is not that good half of the time I get orders that are not mine or they made the order wrong definitely go to a different taco bell NOT THIS ONE if you can there's one like 1 mile from this one that's always great! Also after hours homeless are in there lobby when paying costumers are not allowed

  Quick service, descent food. They always forget to give me hot sauce, even after I ask 3 times. This happens every single time I go there. So I just started going into the store versus the drive thru

  Spend nearly a half hour in the drive thru for food that was burnt and poorly made. Tacos were broken and falling apart. Disappointed.

  Unbelievable how rude this place is. I was picking up a GrubHub order. I was told 10 to 15 minutes 30 minutes later there was eight drivers waiting. So I had to leave. I have food getting cold in my car waiting.They were only filling drive-through orders, ignoring all delivery orders. Short staff had once one small Latina, female and male that clearly didn’t know what they were doing were extremely slow the person running a place Just ignored everybody and didn’t care. This is a hospitality business. Customers are the driving force thing is deliveries are their customers as well. That’s how they’re being judged. Why is there never a manager in these stores? Three people cannot run a Taco Bell with the drive-through around the corner. At some point drivers will just keep rejecting this place and the food will just sit there.
