  Dixie Hwy and Gagel. This Taco Bell has the nicest crew. We were greeted when we came in. Felt like they cared that we were there. Lately, a lot of fast food crews treat you as if they would like you to stay away. This location has a day manager named James. He is responsible for the well managed crew. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and really cares about the customer. As seniors, his attitude was greatly appreciated. By the way, the food here is great. Served quickly and hot. This location is also very clean! Definitely will return.

  Went to the other Taco Bell down Dixie in PRP/Valley Station just before coming to this location because I tried ordering the chicken Cantina hard taco I was given the nastiest mushy Taco I have ever seen in my life I got down the road and realized the food was not what it was supposed to be and went back to that location where the manager or the cook I'm not sure which he was becsuse he said he made the food himself (yet also gave me my money back) proceeded to try to convince me that what was in my hand was a hard taco but there was nothing n hard about it. Reminded.me of a frozen burrito that goes in the microwave it was not cooked all the way through it was slimy disgusting and he tried to convince me that that is how it was supposed to be!🤯 that that's how that taco is🤮 so I came to this location and sure enough it was toasted crispy on the outside🥰 the girl at the window was super professional 🧡💛and super nice 🩵💚 this is by far the best Taco Bell around this area 💯 thank you for a pleasant experience🤗
