  They are rude and I waited 2 hours for my order and it was only 3 things and when you come in the don’t acknowledge you or if your a delivery driver they definitely don’t acknowledge you so I’m done with this location I advise everyone to stop coming here until they get better people I’m so disgusted they are not good at all they lost a customer

  I will never go back to the Elson Green location. The drive thru guy kept my debit card AND proceeded to spend 4.99 of my money. Got an attitude with me when I went back up there to find my card and talk to a manager about what happened. The drive thru guy and the female line cook both had attitudes and guilty behavior while trying to tell me drive thru guy only used my card to pay for my food. Cash app says otherwise. My card was used by them AFTER I left the drive thru with my original purchase. Beware of using your cards in the drive thru at this location. I will drive out of my way to another taco bell. Will NEVER go back to this one on Elson Green. Lying thieves are employed there and the management does nothing about it.

  Twenty-five minute wait for pick up orders consistently, but the 5-6 drive thru orders all get theirs on time before one order in doorway does. Looking around at the 4 other ppl also waiting just as long with no one receiving orders in the lobby. If you aren't in the drive thru dont bother going in unless you want to wait 30-40 minutes to eat or pick up an ordee.

  Poorly Managed location. Several delivery drivers wait and lose money and cancel before Taco Bell finally decides to make the food. Pickups for this location usually occur after the delivery was promised to be dropped to me. Not like this elsewhere in town. Drive through slow like honey but not sweet. Orders often wrong. Bathrooms often nasty. Terrible black hole. Just close it down let someone else have that location.

  Go to any other Taco Bell. Moved to this area June, ‘25 Been to this location handful of times Waited over 30 minutes for 1-2 person orders *every* time regardless of order in the drive thru or ahead on the app. Automated order taking system makes it so we don’t interact with an employee until we’ve been sitting at the window for 10-15min. Once only to finally be greeted by telling me they don’t have the ingredients to make the order I placed over 30 min ago. Todays order took 47minutes for 2 items and none of the modifications were made. Go to any other Taco Bell.
