  My children and I went to Taco Bell in Big Spring Texas, my service was great. My food tasted good, service was quick and the ladies taking my order and cashing me out were friendly and helpful. Will be returning to this location

  Avoid the Taco Bell in Big Spring at all costs - the staff was rude, the food was subpar, and the service was painfully slow. I ordered a simple burrito and got it wrong not once, not twice, but three times. Definitely won't be back to this dump.

  Dirty floor and doors, bathroom sink pulled off the wall and no soap. No napkins and the tray was dirty. Tables were dirty and there was a bug on the chair next to where I sat. This is the last time I eat here.

  Never have any of the drinks you want! If you’re out of it why doesnt it tell u that on the app before you order it. Everytime i get a steak grilled cheese burrito the RICE IS HARD. Dont ever go to this place save your money it is filthy and the workers do not care. All careless teenagers

  My husband and I went thru the drive thru and he was joking and playing while ordering our food. The employees and manager on duty played right along with him. The service was amazing and quick.
