As far as taco bell as a whole you shouldn't incurage your employees to be rude and rush your customers. I had 4 people in my car and they weren't sure what they wanted. Your menu has different items. Then the menu screen changes every 8 seconds so you have to wait for it to show you the options again. I should be able to easily read your menu so that I can place my order. Just like every other restaurant on the planet
