  Absolutely garbage establishment. Ordered from DoorDash a few times at this location. Every single time it takes a year and a half for them to even have it ready for the door dash driver. Every single order has been wrong. Most recent was no chicken in any of our quesadillas. Ask for hot sauce every single time, not a single packet in the bag. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Hire competent employees or close up shop.

  Tacos were barely filled. The person working the drive through 8/29/25 at 3pm was the most unhappy person I have ever seen. Didn't great us, snatched the card and didn't say anything to the whole time we were there, if you hate your job so much get a new one. I would fire her in a second. Don't go here

  Everyone that works at this location I have to say gives the best service out of the four locations in Bloomington IN. They are extremely patient. I seem to have issues with apps from time to time. They always ask if I need help. And if they don’t have an answer to a question I have, or cannot provide the help I need, they find someone working that can give me answers. Lester was nice. The manager was pretty cool too, but I didn’t get her name. She had a great crew working. Jonathon (hopefully I spelled his name correctly), totally went above & beyond. I hope he gets recognized or his efforts & work ethic. I had to have my order deleted, because I couldn’t pay with an e-gift card in store & pay the difference in cash. I apologized profusely, & Jonathon was totally cool about it. Didn’t make a fuss, or try to make me feel bad. Which is greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work guy! 🙌
