Staff were fine but take look. Do you think that's $25 worth of soft tacos? I got a 12pk and they all looked like this. Wrong wrapper which I get but there is literally 90% lettuce in these. Also, all the tortillas were wet. Assuming they cleaned the stagging area prior and didn't dry it off, no telling what chemicals are being soaked up.

Placed a mobile order this evening for myself and family. Sat in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes (9:20) before finally getting to the window then sat at the window for an additional 15 minutes waiting for my food (9:35). Once I got it, I parked to verify everything was there since I waited so long and I had quite a bit of food. I was missing 1 item so I pulled back around to go back to the window (9:38), there were already 5 cars ahead of me and I sat there until 9:45 before the remainder of the cars were pulling up, once I got to the speaker no one was answering after 5 minutes I pulled up behind the other cars and they began driving off. The car in front of me got handed a bag and once I got to the window after them, the lady shut and locked the door and no one came to the window. I called the store, was sent straight to voicemail, knocked on the window and was completely ignored. They were cleaning everything and had broken down everything. I watched the lady who locked the door pick up my missing food, show another girl, laugh and then threw it in the trash. The lack of service was baffling and the fact this location doesn’t close until 12AM but had everything locked up, lights off inside and out (except the kitchen) and was refusing to even communicate closing early and just blatantly ignoring customers is annoying as hell. I spent an entire hour at this place and I paid for food I never got and watched it get thrown away because why? Guess we’ll never know.
10/10 do not recommend this location.

Went in to this location on September 13, 2025. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was ignored the whole time no one ever came to take my order. Eventually, I Hispanic woman who couldn’t speak English came out and pointed me over to the kiosk. At this point, I had already been there for close to 15 minutes. I went to the kiosk and placed the order and when I went to scan my card, the kiosk went blue screen and said that an error occurred and it couldn’t process my order so I got mad and left. The next day they processed the transaction and charged me for food that I never got. I emailed Taco Bell corporate and got a response. Email saying that said “we’re on it.!” That was seven days ago and I haven’t even received a response. The only reason that they’re getting one star is because I can’t see that zero stars is an option. When the whole crew will ignore you standing there and no one will take your order within 15 minutes the place should Be shut down

I had a great experience here, one of the workers Miriam stood out the most she served us our food and she did a great job at doing so when we go out food everything came back perfect we had no problems at all I would 100% come back here again
