  No cooks should come in and make their own food 7:56 pm Oct 12/ 2025.. he's not on shift he was wearing all red .. did not even wash his hands. Not working need to stay out from behind the counter.. worst bunch of workers tonight.. The GM needs to school them..

  Constantly late on orders, most recent issue I've had with them is, I placed an order and magically isn't in there system but they had zero issues taking my money while not fulfilling my order.

  If this wasn't the closet one to me, I would quit coming to it. The staff think it's okay to take out the fact they don't want to be there on their customers by not making their food correctly. I ordered a nachos bel grande and asked for extra meat, which means to them that they should put hardly any cheese on it. Also, my quesadilla did not have the cheese melted all the way, hardly any sauce, and not cut correctly. I understand no one wants to really work at Taco Bell, but the staff could still do their job correctly.

  Placed my order at 2 am, store hours are close at 3 am. I pulled up 2:20-2:30 ish to pick up my mobile I had placed 20 minutes prior. We pull to the soeaker, They all just standing around inside, acting like theyre closed.so we Roll up to the window the woman said "well we don't have people so we had to close early"(literally 30 minutes left, stupid excuse tbh) OK let's review👏 1. Open UNTIL 3a.m. but closed over an hour early but still clocked in?hmm 2.there was no line AT ALL you trying to say 2 people can't handle a single order of nachos?! 3 they took my money for the order already. This woman said immediately, the bank says 2 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS Moral of this, I use to go thru every night around 1 to 2 am, and just recently it's gotten crap, tried to give it another shot.nope im good. Real tacos from El Palomar are better anyway

  Absolutely terrible and abhorrent service. I ordered from the kiosk in the store and then stood there and watched several people come in and place orders at the counter, who all then received their food far in advance of me. When I asked the person who prepared my food and who also took the orders of all those who came after me, why my food took so long, he had no answer, no apology, no nothing. I even had to ask for my cup for my drink because he's so terrible at his job. The food I ordered was also a jumbled mess and was not what I am accustomed to at other taco bell locations.
