  BEWARE PLACING APP ORDERS!! Last week I placed a pick up order for my teens. I've ordered from this location many times and other than long waits and rude employees, haven't really had any problems ordering through the app. So order placed and picked up only to discover the two main items aren't there. Go back and am told that they no longer carry that item even though it still allows you to order it through the app. Ok, no big deal. I mean they could've let me know when I picked up the order originally, but whatever. The problem is they can't refund the order in store and I'm told to go through the app. They were not friendly or apologetic. Well it's been a week and 3 separate messages through the app in which im told they "are on it" only they aren't. My refund is almost $13. So beware when using the app because even though it will let you order items, that doesn't mean they have it and getting a refund for these items not received isn't an easy task.

  What's up with closing the store before actual closing time? Like why would you let me order on the app if you were just gonna be closed smh

  If you order through the app and see that you've been charged through your bank for your order and then go to the exact location for pick up and then taco bell claims they don't have your order then that's clearly the customers fault?. No way that manager wanted to work with me to resolve this issue. The main reason I use the app is to not have to interact with people including rude "managers" who think hanging up on a paying customers is valid.

  This place. Smh. Absolutely rude. Ordered through the app. Charged my card. Saying I didn't order. Then have to go there in person order again charging me more. Through the phone I'm trying to clarify what's going on but this person was childish getting the last rude words in then hung up on me. Smh. She definitely doesn't need to be working there

  I have worked at Taco Bell before and this is the Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. All my food was wrong. Employee’s refused to make the adjustments to my food that I asked for.
