  So on Sunday 09/21 me and my husband stopped by to get a quick lunch, we needed some help with the order so I said excuse me 3 times the girl behind the counter can hear me we were not far from each other no answer so I yelled out hello she didn’t even give me eye contact but responded by saying I’ll be right with you. I waited nothing there were 3 people behind the counter and no one came to help so I walked out. I was there for about 10 mins maybe more and no one cared enough to ask what was the problem or how can they help. I tried to call to speak with the manager just 2 mins ago on Monday 09/22 around 4:20pm the attitude was out of this world. I asked for the general manager she asked who is it I gave her my name and she asked why I said I would like to speak with the general Manager directly. She stated that the manager is refusing to speak with me, I proceeded to tell her I will call corporate and put in the complaint directly she said I don’t care we are not corporate and hung up I called back she picked up the phone and hung up right away. That is why computers are replacing humans. There was no need for all of that that is a place of business and definitely not your business for you to treat people like that. But I am definitely staying far away from that place and I would recommend you do the same, god bless the owner if he allows people like that to work for him or her, sir or ma’am your business will shut down very quickly.

  Got 4 chalupas, 2 burritos, a roll up, and a potato bowl. They forgot one of my burritos so I went back through the drive thru and they took my bag and took the potatos out and gave me another cheese roll instead of my missing burrito. Talked to customer care and they still havent gotten back to me.

  Completely screwed up and did not listen to my movile order. Asked for no kettuce or tomatoes on 2 crunchwrap supremes and it had it on both, and no cheese in the chicken and CHEESE burrito. And will not offer a refund
