Placed in order through mobile app just to try to tell me that they’re closed to steal my money. When I was just through the DT a few minutes before! Your store says open, you have children playing and saying you’re closed at the speaker. Who is running such a HORRIBLE establishment????? This is unacceptable service and should be shut down!

The staff was unmotivated to help. My order was "picked up" already.

Tonight I attempted to grab a quick dinner from Taco Bell, but after visiting two different locations, I left with nothing but frustration. At the first location, no one would take my order at all. I tried the drive-thru, but after the automatic greeting message, no one came on the speaker. I even pulled up to the window, and still—no response. The store appeared to be open, but it felt like the staff had completely abandoned service. At the second location, the drive-thru line was long, so I went inside. When I said I wanted to order, the employee told me I had to use the kiosk. I explained I had cash, but instead of helping, she rolled her eyes, ignored me, and went back to the drive-thru. A few minutes later, another employee came over and said, “We don’t have time for this, you’ll need to go through the drive-thru.” I also overheard staff talking negatively about me to each other instead of providing service. Between one store ignoring customers altogether and another openly disrespecting and refusing service, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast-food chain. It reflects a serious lack of leadership, accountability, and customer care. I hope management takes this seriously and reaches out to explain how they plan to correct these issues.

I ordered my meal without sour cream since I’m allergic to it. When I got home, every single taco was covered in sour cream. There goes my $10…

Placed an order through the Taco Bell mobile app to this location. Our order was accepted, however after it was accepted we were told there was no rice. Well, half our order included rice, so we asked for a partial refund. The drive through workers explained it’s a third party, they can’t process a refund or cancel our order once accepted. My husband remained civil the entire conversation, but the employees started raising their voice. We were getting mixed stories of them saying again no rice, but then it’s gonna take 30-45 minutes. One said “do you want your order or not?” Then went back to no rice. My husband sat in drive through waiting for them to return to the window for the refund. During this time, the employees called the cops. Even after the cops arrived the employees were still being hostile. There was another individual who showed up, asking for the story because they “just got here”. Sounded like a possible manager.. that should be looked into if there isn’t a manager on site during a shift. Just overall terrible customer service, they treat their customers poorly & have no concern whatsoever.
