  I WANNA RATE A O!! this restaurant just trespassed my friends and i because we didn't get all of our food. my friend didn't get most of his food and proceeded to ask for the food, NO REFUND!!! he just wanted what he ordered. the manager, Cody, was digging through our bag with no gloves, opening our tacos and yelling at us. he then called the police and got me and my friends trespassed from every taco bell location in cheyenne. we were finished with the police and our food look disgusting once we were able to eat..at least try to eat.

  The food always tastes exactly how you expect Taco Bell to taste. Which is good especially late at night, the only problem really is that while the people taking your order and handing out food are kind and well spoken they are so unbelievably forgetful. Ordered tonight through the drive through bean and cheese burrito with extra red sauce. There was no extra red sauce, a beef soft taco it wasn’t even in the bag. Grilled cheese steak burrito with (steak) it was ground beef. The place is always great with what you’d expect taste wise however the amount of items that are not modified despite you paying for the up-charge. As well as how many times items are just left out completely is ridiculous. Still the best Taco Bell in Cheyenne and yet that isn’t saying much cause it genuinely makes you want to pull your own hair out with how often simple orders are forgotten. Please do better for the love of god.

  Hate to give someone 1 star and never have before, but just moved here and we gave this place 3 chances and every single time they got something wrong. The last straw was today when our order had the wrong drink, no sauce packets, missing a burrito, and the bean and rice burrito was missing rice.. And the one thing correct in our order had hair in it. Never again lol

  The food is great it's just when you ask for an additional sauce on something that you asked for on the thing they should give it to you on in that burrito and I never got it yesterday so they're good with putting potatoes and other things on it

  I come to Taco Bell a lot here on lincolnway and every other time that I come here my food is great it's great but then I came here today and the workers that are in the kitchen I think they all need replaced my chicken chalupa Taco is hard I don't know what they were thinking when they were getting ready to make it I know they touch it before they make it so how did they know not know it was a hard shell I don't know but the workers that are here right now on lincolnway at Taco Bell should not be here and if they are they need to be retrained cuz I don't see that they'll eat this I don't think they would eat a hard chalupa but hey I might be wrong but this is the worst experience I have had here over at Taco Bell on lincolnway pretty disappointed
