The worker was so rude for no reason. She handed me my drink, and I asked, “Is this the coke?” She responded, “This is the drink you ordered right?” With a nasty attitude. I hope she finds peace and stops being so rude to strangers who are being kind to her. She was a young woman who was heavy set and had long extensions.

Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait over an hour for a simple order. They’re excuse is always that they’re backed up but really they just need new management and possibly a new crew.

Floor and surfaces littered with filth. Employees cursing and screaming about how they won't fulfill duties. Employees on cell phones around food. Employees screaming about quitting while other employees are late. Employees with awful facial hair not using hair nets. Drive Thru employee not present while Drive Thru is loaded. Empty tacos. This location is a dumpster fire.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. My order wasn’t ready for over an hour, and when I asked about it, staff told me it was “drive-through only” something I was never informed of when I placed it. Instead of apologizing or helping, they threatened to kick me out and even said they would call the police. There is one very respectful man working at the front and he told me he was uncomfortable by the managers remarks, and that he would get us our food promptly, but told me that unfortunately, there was nothing he could do and if I didn’t go through the drive-through after waiting an hour when I didn’t have my car with me because I walked there he would have to kick me out and call the police on me.
When I went back through the drive-through as instructed, I asked for the manager’s name. The manager, Kaiden, specifically told me that he was the one in charge but that he wasn’t “comfortable” sharing anyone else’s name. This left me feeling disrespected and shocked.
No customer should be treated this way. I hope corporate or the franchise owner addresses this issue so others don’t have the same experience.
