  I prefer drive thru as there are no menus posted any longer and people have to use the kiosk to order.

  When I walked into the establishment, I walked up to the counter to place my order. Your worker came back from the back and asked me if I was picking up an order and I said no. I would like to place an order to go. She then pointed to the kiosk behind me and said “you can use that.” Now to me, this is rude because if I wanted to use the kiosk, I would’ve walked up to the kiosk. I don’t know how to use those things. I don’t want to use those things. I would rather talk to a person. This was my first job ever, and when I worked here if you were covering drive-through, sometimes you had to cover the lobby too . It’s just how it works. She was rude so I just got in my car and went through the drive-through instead. When in all reality, the whole reason why I went to Taco Bell was to use the bathroom but I figured they wouldn’t let me use it unless I bought something so I walked in there but then that interaction happened and so I went to the drive-through, but I still bought something so they still got my service it just that worker was rude.

  Got two cheese quesadillas last month with no sauce. Came with sauce called put my name on the books went to go in 3 weeks later and obviously I dont have a receipt a month later and now no food or refund because they dont have the name. Ended my order early told me to have a nice day even though I wasn't done ordering and was ordering a lot of food and only had the one replacement...rude...doesn't write down names and ALWAYS MESSES UP ORDERS
