  took 20 minutes to get a taco, worker was rude about a question on drinks. not worth going to go to a different location

  We came in to cancel an order and no one knew how to do it and I got yelled at by what i assume is a manager that its "on the app, were busy" Ive worked at a restaurant before and this is now how you handle people trying to work YOUR app.

  After having trouble trying to place my order on the stupid screen, which by the way is the worst idea ever to get rid of the cash register especially for older people that have trouble with the screen , hell I’m only 21 n I had trouble, took me like 10 min to order for 2 ppl🤦🏼‍♀️ . Also No high chairs out for my child to sit in so we ended up having to leave . Also the upgrade on the inside is horrible, all the seating is uncomfortable and the bench’s on the side don’t even give u enough room to sit down n I’m a small girl !. Used to love it here but now it’s straight trash .

  " OUR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN" anytime after 8. As much customers as they send away i dont know how they stay in business. If the employees dont want to work after 8 maybe they should just close. I only go back because my kids like the other ones they actually get to eat at and I swear if its after 8 they claim the systems are down. Only this one.
