  They didn’t have some of the main menu items like a quesadilla. Like all a quesadilla is cheese and tortillas. Didn’t have nacho fries, a new menu item. The lady who helped us was very rude. And messed up my order.

  Im not sure if they changed thing up since the previous reviews. But I was happy with my order. I ordered online so it cut the wait out. Food tasted weirdly fresh for taco bell, and I didnt get sick. Tha's a win.

  I came here about a week ago and I waited in line for almost an hour. The car at the speaker/order menu turned off his car at one point because they kept telling him “one minute” for almost an hour. I decided to drive off and go to another place. Seriously? If you’re not going to provide service shut it down.

  Dude, give it up already and shut down! My daughter and I went here for 1 last fast food outing because we're done with fast food, this is what she wanted. We waited in the drive thru for the typical 30 minutes. It wasn't that busy, and the parking lot was bare. The most annoying part was 3 tacos had about a 1/3 of the usual meat, a half a pinch of lettuce and no cheese. The 1 bean burrito was mostly tortilla, barley had anything in it. It was also cold! The 2 cheese sauce cups were only a 1/3 full, but hey we got 2 full bags of chips. The drinks should of been ready before getting to the window and they weren't. They also didn't have the midnight Baja blast. No apologies, but they handed me 6 free taco coupons, yeah not going back ever for maybe reasons! I'm starting to think the dude who owned the Taco Bell in Pagosa Springs took over this one, because it is just as bad as that one was. This was definitely the worst visit to date and there's been some really bad visits in the 22 years I've lived here.

  Came in I understand it was busy was at the kiosk and got told it would be 45 minutes find whatever came back in 35 and waited for another 10 went to go ask for my food and got told they were calling my name and just threw it away god forbid i wait the amount you told me had wait another 20. Don’t come when it’s busy they are going to forget something take too long or throw away your food when you wait the time you told you.
