  Ordered 2 late night black bean crunchwraps and upon getting home took some bites into regular taco meat.

  Our order was completely screwed up. Paid for Taco Supremes, got tacos with no tomatoes. Our cheese cups for the chips were 1/2 full & not even 1/2 cup total of meat & cheese! I’m never going back, don’t go there. How hard can it be to make tacos?

  Had me waiting at drive-thru to "make" my order as the only customer there and served me cold food. Big boy at the window seemed devastated at the fact I had come through at 2am. What losers.

  Gave us the order wrong. Then gave the wrong burrito that was suppose to come with the order . Tacos were cracked on the bottom. The lid to the drink was not put on correctly. Where we're almost spilled. It was 130 AM. We will not go back. For what we paid for this is not worth our time or money. If you are working customer service you need to realize that it matters what you are serving the public.Do what you do to others as you would do for yourself .

  Came here to get one of the box deals the other day for lunch. The storefront itself is actually extremely nice, and I know a lot of my on-campus friends love this place when they're up late partying. I had placed an online order about 15 minutes prior, but it wasn't ready when I got there, and the employees ignored me for a few minutes before asking what I was there for, which was weird cause there was like one other customer there and no cars in the drive-thru, but I'm sure they were busy with something, so no big deal. But the food came out great and was as cheap as always. Condiments and drinks were self-serve as well which I thought was nice.
