  I actually like Taco Bell, but our visit was disappointing. My Chili Cheese Burrito was thinner than my computer-programmer fingers. (See photo; I didn't squash it.) The Seven Layer Burrito was a little better. My wife was not impressed with her "Discovery Luxe Box" either - too much worthless filler.

  I waited behind a car for a while, they ordered, I finally got to the screen at 2:40 am, and was told they stop taking orders 20 minutes before closing. Makes ZERO sense to me and I’ve worked food, retail, and pretty much most customer service jobs and we never turned people away before we actually closed.

  I'd give negative stars if I could the worse taco bell I ever went to management was plain out snotty and rude employees snotty and rude someone needs to shut this place down before it gives us roaches with our food

  We ordered online. We arrived at the Henry location & just had a great big lady put her back against the outdoor window. She didn't once open the window to tell us it wasn't ready yet. Ridiculous. Bad customer service.

  This TB is consistantly the worst in Muskegon. Recently Doesnt appear to be employees fault. 2 Online pickup orders havnt gone through at all. Reason last was done was to get the new Midnight Baja. I went inside to order (hoping I wouldnt be charged for the screwed up pickup) and guess what? They didnt have that.
