  Needed to use the restroom before ordering and they said I can't use the restroom till I ordered food. And they were a bit rude about it.

  I was there after OSU homecoming and was blown away with how hard the staff was working. I didn’t see them mess up one order. Food was better than at other Taco Bells.

  okay so I’m unfortunately really disappointed. the first two times I ordered from this place, it was great. everything went smoothly, the workers were kind, etc. recently, i cannot say i am very pleased with the service. yesterday, i went to pick up my order and the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. when i called the number for this taco bell, somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up while im saying “hello?” like twice. i had to go to the drive thru window to get my food because there was no other way to get in. today, when i ordered taco bell, everything seemed fine until i was eating my burrito and bit into something that ended up being a plastic wrap IN MY FOOD. i almost swallowed it. i really wanna give this establishment another chance but im very very disappointed with this. the only reason im not giving a 1 star is because the first two other times this establishment was awesome.

  Worst staff ever ! The two ladies at drive thru are unprofessional and low educated.. can’t get order correctly and yelling at us . Wanting us to get in store-or not serving our order. Worst burrito we had ever, i would give zero review. Also they were yelling at another driver
