  I walked in to give them my order and they refused to serve me unless I touch a germ written kiosk. I prefer to give my order directly to the person that works there, but this is not how they operate so I will give them my lowest rating and I will not be back to this location. Let me see if I can find another Taco Bell that will take my order

  The food was good. The problems are: 1) some of my order was missing (and this was not the fist time part of my order is missing) 2) they take for ever to even acknowledge your present at the store. I walked in this time and it took about 10 min for someone to take my order. 20 min latter my order was still not ready. I just left. I hope they fix these issues.

  Its not fast food- its wait for an hour to eat cold food, have half your order missing and the rest made completely wrong. The bar is really low and somehow this place has the ability to sink way way waaaaaaaaaay lower. Absolutely incompetent.

  This location has become a joke. Long wait times, rude employees, and nasty food. Soft tortilla shells are always hard like they are stale. Chicken quesadilla was so burnt it was black on the majority of the shell. Cheesy Gordita crunch was partially Frozen? What? Why? Nobody seems to care when you go inside to show them a burnt quesadilla.

  While the customer service was fine, the food was so bad. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas and they were so hard I couldn't eat it. Waste of money...almost broke a tooth biting into it!
