I was like well why did you charge me for it and she’s like well you did it not me because you used the kiosk, I said if you don’t have any large is, why isn’t it out of service on the kiosk? Well, you did it not me then the manager walks by and goes. Oh we have them. They’re just on the bottom of a stack of boxes and I don’t have time to get them. Yes let’s pay these people more for bad customer service and not know how to treat paying customers. I will never go to Taco Bell again.
