  Will truly stands out at this KFC/Taco Bell. We went through on Sunday night the 21st around 8:30ish and just like every other time he’s working, the service was outstanding. He’s quick, polite, and always adds a little extra friendliness that makes the experience memorable. We also work in customer service, and it’s rare to find someone this consistent and positive. Will deserves recognition, a raise, and a promotion!! He’d be a fantastic trainer or manager and is a huge asset to this location.

  Who I believe is the manager is completely disrespectful and not a good role model for the other workers there. I went at night and the lady was struggling to understand my order. This new girl comes in and has attitude about everything. In the end of my order she said it shouldnt be that hard to order. I told her shes in customer service and I go to the next window. I tell her she needs to learn respect and she mocked me. My friend told her shes works at a taco bell and she refused to serve us. She was completely in the wrong and disrespectful. Do not go here if you dont want to get trated like garbage.

  Drove up after a football game, tried to order in the drive-thru. The "manager" took our order with the WORST attitude. We were having trouble ordering because they were making it impossible. After ordering she goes, and I quote "Was it that hard to order?" Full sass. Never again, if this is the management at Taco bell, then they clearly need new ones.
