  Received cold food. Went back to ask for it to be remade. Staff member and manager argued with me instead of providing service. Never going back there, and I’m spreading the word.

  Went to the drive thru at 12:50 and the staff is sitting outside telling customers that they are closed… on the door and online it says they close at 2am. Ridiculous

  Rude as hell. Came to pick up a Pickup ubereats order I placed, not a delivery order. The staff tried to tell me that I had to wait for a driver to come pick up my order even though I literally placed it for pickup??! When I placed the order online, it also didn’t say the lobby was closed, I came there on an electric scooter and they said I had to go to the drive through, so I did. Then they told me to not ever do that again even though there was nothing on Ubereats specifying the lobby was closed.. overall they were just being mad rude for no reason and saying they had to “confirm” my order even though I placed it.
