  First I pull up to the drive-thru they asked if I was ordering through the app or not I said no after that they never came back to the intercom I sat there for 4 minutes can I pull up to the window and set another 2 minutes and I would have left but I wanted Taco Bell so bad and there's not another Taco Bell in my area only cuz it has to do better than this one or they need new employees the food tasted like it was from yesterday from now on when I want Taco Bell I guess I'll go somewhere else this is ridiculous for the employees not to care about the customers and to sit there and wait that long should have Benny sign not to order the food because the food was horrible there prices are way to high for the portions you get...

  I must have came on Heat-At-Home night for drive thru customers.. The only way my Supreme Luxe Box could have been colder was if they pulled it out of the freezer. Even the fire sauce i asked for to heat things up a bit was missing. Question: Why do people bother going to work when they have no intention of doing their job correctly? Now, everyone that has the misfortune of being behind me in the drive thru line in the future gets to wait while I make sure my food is hot.

  Billed twice for order one on machine then by cashier who assured me i wouldnt be double charged a woman who appeared to be in her 80s said im not refunding you then she brought out john who also said he was manager but he wanted to just argue wound up disputing with my bank to get reimburse, not recomend this location

  Shrinkflation is real, here is the proof. I just made a transaction with Taco Bell for $6.00, in exchange for my hard earned $6.00 I received two street chalupas with 25 cents worth of meat and onion inside, literally (quarter for scale). I think Taco Bell got the best of me but you only get me once. Poor quality, poor product, owners that don’t care. It’s funny that I never saw the possibility that fast food would fail because they offered cheap and fast food that was edible and filling but here we are.
