  Was overall not a bad experience but the equipment they have is old and made it hard to order. They also didn't cut my pizza lol

  Ordered through the app for in store pick up. When I arrived I couldn't get anyone's attention. Maybe 4 workers all on the make line. Long line of people in the store. No one working the front counter. Finally had to call out and someone came over. I told them I had a mobile order to pick up. They just pointed at the self order screens and walked away. After a few minutes I managed to get the attention of someone else who immediately gave me my meal which apparently had just been sitting behind the counter for a while

  Food is always give late even when it shown ready on the app. Managers will keep ignoring you and say they are behind on orders. Had to wait 40 mins for ONE burrito. My order has gotten lost multiple times as well. They said they couldn’t track my order in the system and said they will make it again and still took another 20 minutes for the SAME burrito:(

  The food is okay for a taco bell, but I've experience worse service in few places. Employees are extremely rude and seem overwhelmed, and we've been given excuse after excuse for why our orders don't come out right. Couldn't be less impressed by a taco bell.
