I haven't had Taco Bell in about 10 years and it looks like it'll be another decade before I try it again. I ordered at the drive-thru at around 12:45pm on a Sunday. I got my food quickly and without issue. I only live about 4 or 5 mins away so got home quickly. The chalupa was cold and completely soggy and dripping so I don't know how long that was sitting out before it made it into my bag, but it was obviously not fresh. The cheesy gordita crunch for some reason had no cheese and didn't seem like it had been warmed up at all so I got a mouth full of cold flour dusted tortilla loosely wrapped around a nacho cheese dorito taco, nothing holding it together. The cool ranch taco tasted like a regular taco shell - it was also soggy and cracked in the middle. The spicy potato soft taco was mostly warm but had none of the sauce that they show in the picture, it was just loose potatoes and shredded lettuce thrown into a soft tortilla. Highly disappointing, shameful to be called tacos and overall a waste of time and money. At least the people working the drive-thru were nice. I could of had a more satisfying lunch if I had eaten a bowl of plain cornflakes with skim milk instead of whatever this was 🤷🏿‍♀️

This location was 5 stars about a year ago, recently the speed, accuracy, and quality has fallen off a cliff. I’m a Taco Bell loyalist, and usually go once a week. Sad to see this location go in the wrong direction. Constantly waiting for my order even when there’s only 1 or 2 other customers, always missing at least one item and not having any modifications honored such as removing sour cream, and last time my burritos weren’t even wrapped, just a mess when I opened them. Would be 1 star, but I still have faith they can fix it and I love Taco Bell. Edit: After returning to this Taco Bell 2 more times, they did it! Absolutely crushing it, all orders on point and tasting amazing. I retract all my previous negative comments. Thanks for some bomb Taco Bell recently! 5 stars all the way.

Sunday evening (08/17) at approximately 7:00PM, we decided to come through Taco Bell drive thru and I cannot express to you the disappointment in service we received. The receipt had a cashier name of "Sheila B" on it. While ordering, all she replied to us with was, "what else? what else? what else?" and then when I said that will be all, I got a "next window". Upon pulling up to the 2nd window, she finally arrived and told us the price and that's it. She had the WORST customer service ever. I hate to say it, but I felt she was being prejudice/racist with her level of ignorance to us. My advice to her, "find a NEW job". Absolutely will NOT be coming back to this Taco Bell.
