    Charging full price soft drink prices for a small cup of water. All for paying a cup fee but really Taco Bell? Redicykous but cool, won’t get it. Come around to the window for my food and the manager and crew member and talking shit about it.

    Incredibly rude staff, got upset at us for being in the lobby at 10 because of the shift change. When we stepped outside and came back in after we ordered a staff member started loudly talking about stopping letting customers in. She seemed really stressed and was making the other employees also stressed

    First time at this location and last time at this location. Came and ordered something and they got my order wrong not once but twice…how are you a manager and mess up an order twice? Anyways, I tried not to make it a big deal so I went on the app to submit feedback, however, every feedback submitted needs an order number. The app tells you that you can find it through the app, but there was no order number displayed nor did I receive my receipt to view it physically. Called the store and let them know what had happened and to ask for my order number, and the manager had thee biggest attitude for no reason. Don’t get mad that you don’t know how to make a simple order right the first time. You lack friendliness, confidence, and competence. I never caught an attitude throughout the whole experience, but he did. Asked to speak to the other manager and he was so much nicer than the other manager will ever be. I appreciate the nice manager a lot. Hopefully he can teach the other manager how to fulfill orders correctly, and respect others the way he should…be careful with this location.

    I placed an online order and ended up going to the wrong location. No biggie, I drove to the correct one. I arrived and a young woman came to the pick up window, and said hold on a minute. After nearly 20 minutes a woman from the back says that I have to confirm my arrival and then they’ll start, and she has 7 cars ahead of me. Customer service would dictate that while I should’ve known to do this, I still was here for a long time. So for me, the app sucks because why do I need to do all of that after placing my order online. At least chick fil an automatically picks it up that you arrived. Plus, I they knew I was waiting and didn’t tell me I needed to do such.
