  I would have finished a gourmet meal before I finished eating a simple order at taco bell. And who named it "fast" food again.

  Over 30 minutes to get order they were very busy that’s the longest wait time I’ve ever experienced for fast food restaurant

  This particular Taco Bell messed my order up after taking 40 minutes to get my order to me. That’s insanity what’s the point of going to Taco Bell if it takes 40 minutes they were in deep and I get that so I didn’t hassle them or anything but then they started giving food to people that were and that’s not fair . Anyways they finally gave me my food it was hidden under all of there tickets so it had been made so of course the food was cold and they got the order wrong . Also they started handing out free coupons for tacos but ran out before they came to me . Wouldn’t have helped anyway because I’ll probably never hit up a tbell again in this life time only did it out of desperation

  After a long weekend of serving hundreds of people for the car show staff were less than enthusiastic about waiting on us even after us ordering on the kiosk. They didn’t call our order names so we didn’t know it was ready.

  If I could give a negative number I would. The service was ridiculously slow. Items were left out. Another customer asked for a refund due to never getting his order and taking forever. The MANAGER, Angela, was absolutely horrible, rude, disrespectful, and the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. She was actually cussing the other customer out in front of MY children. Angela should be FIRED.
