  Super service, very fast drive-thru experience, portions sizes have increased, accurate ordering food was hot. Service has improved at this Taco Bell.

  The Taco Bell in Washougal is in urgent need of improvement. This community deserves a higher standard of service, customer care, cleanliness, and attentiveness than what is currently being provided. During my most recent visit, I witnessed three separate customers discard their food and leave dissatisfied. My own party of three was forced to track down an employee for an exchange after receiving an order that was completely unappealing and unacceptable. This level of quality and service is far below expectations, it reflects poorly not only on this location but on the brand as a whole. Washougal deserves better.

  I have been a regular customer at this Taco Bell for a long time, but I will not be returning due to repeated negative experiences with the staff. Two employees in particular have made me extremely uncomfortable. They have labeled me as “creepy,” and now other staff members treat me as if I am some kind of threat. On multiple occasions, I have overheard employees talking about me behind the counter while I was eating, which is both unprofessional and deeply unsettling. The hostility is so strong that I feel paranoid when those individuals are working, because I can sense them watching me or commenting. On a recent visit, one of them even acted scared when handing me my food, as though I were a predator. That was the final straw. I want to make it clear: I have never harassed anyone here. I have always kept to myself and simply come in for food. Despite that, I am being treated with suspicion, ignored, and made to feel unwelcome. No customer deserves to be treated this way. For that reason, I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this behavior seriously.

  I picked up food here, had to wait more than 50 minutes, they didn't even start.

  Don't get sour cream added to anything. They barely give a squirt, so they are making a killing on the add-ons. Probably because you got people making your food that really care about what they are doing. I got 4 double tacos and 2 were made by someone who cared and thought, I'll make something that looks appetizing. The other 2 looked like they were stepped on and barely had anything in them. I won't be eating there again
