I had placed an order for pick up in the drive-thru, but when I got there and saw 10+ cars in line, I decided to just go in and up to the counter instead. Gabriel, who I believe was the manager on duty, was so sweet and helped me get that changed quickly. Because of how packed it was both inside and in the drive-thru, there was a bit of a wait to get my food, but it was honestly faster than I had anticipated. When my order was ready, he was honest and open about the fact that they were scrambling tonight, so he encouraged me to double check my order before leaving. Everything was there in perfect condition in spite of his concern. I ended up deciding to grab a drink as well before I left, and when I went up to the counter, Gabriel was so sweet and comped it for me “because of the long wait time” for my order. Such a great experience! Already love Taco Bell for their delicious food at an incredible price. Getting to interact with Gabriel, though, was a much appreciated and pleasant surprise. He has to be one of the nicest, friendliest, and happiest food service workers I’ve ever met. Thank you for a great customer experience tonight!
There were ants on the floor everywhere and flys everywhere. There was a piece of blonde curly hair in my food while i have brown pin straight hair. I asked for light ice on the drink and they put extra ice, i also ordered a large nacho fry and extra cheese sauce for them and the charged me for both while giving me a small nacho fry with no extra cheese sauce. Overall bad service i would recommend other locations instead.

They got my order wrong. They said they put it in wrong, so they told me to go back through the drive through and reorder and pay for it again. Right after they said it was put in wrong. Make sure they put your order in correctly before you pay I guess? Or go somewhere else.

If I was able to put 0 stars I would. Very lousy service. Put in a mobile order and waiting close to 30 minutes. No one behind the counter ask any of the customers what they are waiting for or gave updates to anyone. The app says ready to pick up at one time and in-store is no where near that time.

Not only have they replaced both registers with kiosks the won't even acknowledge the customers standing there. my son ordered on of their cantina chicken burritos to find wilted vegetables and what appeared to be gristle cut from chicken but zero chicken to speak of. we spoke with the manager who insisted on us coming back to get a replacement just to be collared st from the back from someone saying they are "catching up" and we along with several others waited for over 45 minutes before we got tired of waiting and left along with the rest of the customers. this is the third attempt at their restaurant and if it's not blatantly being absent over the intercom in the drive thru or the unwelcome vibe from being present in their lobby at all the owner should find better management or retrain them from scratch.
