  If I was able to put 0 stars I would. Very lousy service. Put in a mobile order and waiting close to 30 minutes. No one behind the counter ask any of the customers what they are waiting for or gave updates to anyone. The app says ready to pick up at one time and in-store is no where near that time.

  Specifically asked for fire sauce and we get 1 pack of green salsa!!!!! What crap service, could not follow a simple order... Try and hire competent people to do the job... Multi billion dollar company and you guys have gone to shit.....

  Not only have they replaced both registers with kiosks the won't even acknowledge the customers standing there. my son ordered on of their cantina chicken burritos to find wilted vegetables and what appeared to be gristle cut from chicken but zero chicken to speak of. we spoke with the manager who insisted on us coming back to get a replacement just to be collared st from the back from someone saying they are "catching up" and we along with several others waited for over 45 minutes before we got tired of waiting and left along with the rest of the customers. this is the third attempt at their restaurant and if it's not blatantly being absent over the intercom in the drive thru or the unwelcome vibe from being present in their lobby at all the owner should find better management or retrain them from scratch.

  Ash and Anthony were very helpful and efficient they were so busy yet the service was super fast and they still made time to answer my questions. I love Taco Bell and if you’ve ever had a bad experience go to this Taco Bell for the best customer service and experience! And again BIG shoutout to the 2 kind and hard working employees Ash and Anthony!!

  This review is for drive through transactions. Today we ordered through the drive through, one of the items was the crunchwrap supreme. One of the most important ingredients was missing, the crunch. How the heck do you forget that? The soft taco was cold. The week before, again the drive through, my order was missing a taco supreme. I don't ever have problems when I dine in. Not sure what the problem is. Are there different people making drive through food than dine in?
