  I'd give this Taco Bell 0 stars if I could. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened. But after almost a year of being open they still can't even make the food right. Skip this one and drive to a Midland location.

  Don't come here unless you are going to the drive through. The employees will look you dead in the eye and not say anything let alone greet you when you enter. There was a line forming in the restaurant and ALL employees were solely focused on the drive through. We left because they clearly did not want to serve the customers that were in the building

  Worst location no matter how it’s ordered in person or uber eats your order will be wrong or even missing multiple items. Not very clean when I went in person. Staff has no concern for the customer and clearly don’t take pride in their workplace and it shows visually and through their service.

  This store used to be my favorite location to go to but the new management is horrible they kick you mainly the kids when school gets out the new employees are horrible they just stand around and talk I love the old crew they are so much better then the people they have now you can literally hear the new management talk about you while they are out on the floor it’s incredibly disrespectful I seen the short white manger girl with glasses hit her vape in the drive thru window please don’t go to this store it’s not worth it any more I wish the old crew was still there

  I hate doing this review because I am a manager at a fast food myself and I know how rush things can be. This is un acceptable. Yall are playing with plp food and hard earn money. First is the packing for the uber eats literally they throw every in one bag all together without labeling it. The queso chips were warmer than the tacos itself. One thing I said make the food like you would eat it. I know yall got bags to put them food in. Instead of just throwing it in there like that. I ordered my box I didnt get a box or a separate bag just everything throwing in there and cold. So I don't understand why wasn't it properly packaged. I understand food gets cold when its delivered but I know taco bell is not broke or cant afford bags to package a 50$ meals.
