    We sat and sat in the drive thru with 5 cars behind us after the girl in speaker asked us to wait a min. It was 9:27pm its 9:44pm a guy walks out and says we are sorry we are closed.

    9/17/25 terrible customer service. Order rang up wrong still after confirmation. Missing items after paying again for a second time. Food prepared terribly.

    Absolutely worst customer service i've ever seen. Drive through the line was wrapped around the building. So I went inside to make my order where I waited for twenty minutes. The one of the employees came back from break and started working on the two orders ahead of mine . Finally I decided to ask for a refund which took another eight minutes for a manager to come up and give me a damn refund

    I don’t care how many times they change the employees if they can’t do the job then they need to find someone who can. Why is it so difficult to use a digital gift card? First I’m told you can’t use it through drive through. Fine got it no issue. Then I go into the store and they say I can’t use it at the kiosk after they said I could fine ok. Then the kiosk sent me to the register where the very ignorant lady popped off and says “you gotta use that online only.” Keep in mind they didn’t have someone upfront for customers she’s walking back and forth doing two-three things. But I catch an attitude from her because I was already told three different things. I’m the one that should have caught the attitude because how difficult is it to get a straight answer on how to use a gift card and after her comment I paid for my food. Get people who can answer questions with confidence and can work under pressure.
