  When My uber eats order wasn’t delivered I was heartbroken calling the manager to try to figure out what to do. Without hesitation, that Manager 9/24 at 3:50 pm said no problem they would remake it and I was able to get my food hot and fresh and in a timely matter. I called back to thank them and the manager related to me and had an amazing attitude. That manager and team deserves recognition for going above and beyond for a loyal Taco Bell customer!! Great job!

  Employees don’t know how to work..or know how to count I asked for 20 packets of sauce and they gave me 4. Teach your employees how to count and how to work.
