  First and foremost the amount of bad reviews for this Taco Bell and not ONE single reply from anybody or anything…I have been in the drive through for 50 minutes now, I’m still a car back from the order box and employees are cleaning and leaving work..Not to mention taking videos of the backed up drive through as they leave the building. Management here is lacking to say the least, where are the employees to accommodate the business, why are drive through times 50 minutes and longer?

  I just made myself a google account because I think it’s so important to let yall know how awful this place is. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. GO SUPPORT ANOTHER BUSINESS. Not only did I wait about 20 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time, but they literally forgot half of the items I ordered. No chips and cheese, no 5-layer beefy burrito, no cheesy Gordita crunch. I was almost pleasantly surprised to even get my correct drink. Not so great looking guy working in the front gave me an attitude every time I checked on my order; which was twice over the course of about 20-25 minutes. So it takes you guys almost half an hour to roll together a few tacos but also you mysteriously forget multiple items? I will never go back here and quite honestly I’m poor enough that I’m genuinely upset about that 10 dollars gone to waste on food I never even got. I wouldn’t have ever ordered here if I knew they weren’t going to do their jobs well.

  So I applied at this job position as you see I got a message that they are wanting to set up an interview when doing so less then 5 mins that I message them back saying that perfect. I get a response back that they are all filled so why would you guy message me a date and time for interview if it was already taken. Unprofessional and your rating says it all you guys suck and need to be more professional when it comes to business. Again the text me confirm a scheduling time and now there full I truly like they are racial profiling me due to being Hispanic and they are all white people. I thought being a us citizen we are all treated equally not at this Taco Bell if you ain’t white they won’t hire you.

  Jake working the window on 10/13 is unprofessional, rude, and hung out the window screaming have a nice day after he couldn't find my order and I didn't have time to sit there. So, I think Jake whether it be Jake from the window or Jake not from the window because he didn't really want to give me his name when I called all he would say is oh we're all named Jake. It should probably have some retraining

  Of course the one day im craving soft tacos… I go to Taco Bell and Normally this is my go to location. Buttttt…. Since the remodel it’s terrible. They almost forgot my drink, then finally handed it to me dripping wet. Like you can’t just wipe it real fast? So I asked for napkins and took care of that. Then get home to find out some of my stuff is missing. Little stuff like cheese. But what are chips and cheese without the cheese?!? Exactly! Plus the “ground beef” taste funny. Also my drink Mountain Dew was off. Won’t be going back for awhile. :(
