  Everytime i order something i always get the rudest customer service experience. I love the food so of course im going to continue to order from there but the employees should definitely have a meeting and training in customer service or just being a simple human being. All the rudeness and no manners is quite honestly disrespectful.

  Food was good but rude employees went up to get a refill on a tea for my daughter in law one woman walked right by us took 5 min to get a refill and then when we were acknowledged she was rude about a simple refill will not be coming back

  I ordered for me and my family through door dash. And tried to call the store to verify my order and double check for sauces because I didn't see an option, the "Manager," whom answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I immediately hung up the phone because I was upset and called back asking for a manager whom was the same lady from the first time and told her she was very rude and unprofessional and she should look into some attitude adjustments.They have definitely lost a a few customers due to the rudeness.

  I ordered food on September 20th 2025 at around 9 pm. Called about my order and whoever the manager was or whoever answered the phones was extremely rude. Very unprofessional. If she gets that upset and has an attitude like she did, she should find another job. Food was cold, very poorly put together. Asked to speak to the manager and she refused to answer who she was and her position. The owner or General manager needs to do something about this.
