  I don’t usually leave reviews but I will never go back here! What’s the point in having people working but standing around?! I couldn’t add something to my order at the window but I couldn’t go in and order either unless I used a kiosk…I waited at the window for 10 minutes and watched 2 people stand at registers the entire time but they aren’t allowed to take your order? Of course I was missing food too!

  first off using ai to take orders is bullshit, i wanna talk to a real person lol. second, the ppl at this specific location never want to do their jobs and take forever making the food. ive watched them chat for twenty minutes before making a burrito. and they take specific stuff off the menu so they don’t have to make it. it’s a bunch of kids so i get it but at least get a competent manager over here.

  Nasty. After waiting at the window just sitting there no cars behind me, my order wasn’t even recognized as one they just took at the window. Then I finally get my food and this is what they serve me. I’m disgusted and disappointed I just spent money on this. I went back and thankfully, there was a kind manager on shift today who took care of me and remaking my food, but I still share frustration over having to deal with this after waiting the first time probably took nearly 25 minutes for the whole ordeal for me to end up getting my food, correctly.

  This Taco Bell is the worst I have ever been to I ordered 2 hard shell Tacos with extra beef. Because everyone knows they hardly put any beef on their tacos .and when I got home instead of extra beef they put refried beans on my tacos . I tried to call the store and the number has been disconnected .. I would never recommend going here they are ripping people off
