  I went through the Drive-Thru at 9:40 pm October 11th. The girl who took our order was INSANELY RUDE never seen such unprofessionalism in my life, Not to mention she short changed me a lot my total was 15.00, I handed her a 20 and got back a dollar. when mentioned she ignored me.

  My mom and I visited this location a few days ago, I had to stop to review their customer service. The young lady that took my mother's order name was Destiny. Her patience, customer service skills should be highlighted and noticed. It is so difficult to encounter cashiers, supervisors, customer service representatives that actually care and are knowledgeable about their menu or company. I was very impressed with her willingness to assure my mom was comfortable with what she ordered. We didn't feel rushed. Great job Destiny!!

  Service is horrible. They ignore customers. They never have food ready on time. Every time I walk in there theres always one employee just chillin on his phone at the tables. Bad Taco bell every time I go there.

  Got my entire order wrong and then took 20 minutes to remake it. It was 3 doritos locos tacos. You can’t make this up 🫠

  Came to the Taco Hell on 76th street to get my mother in law dinner, my husband placed the order for her and the lady charged us for the wrong things. My husband asked her why it was so much when all she ordered was 3 soft tacos and a burrito supreme. Lady has us pull around. After that she was VERY rude. Not even a "have a nice day." She just handed my husband the food and closed the window. Was hoping for better service this time. But you don't get good service at this location.
