Tried to place an order, damn thing kept adding 5x of everything, I kept asking for a person, and all it did was ask me over and over if the order was correct. I said no, told it to remove items and it just re-added the same crap I was there for a solid minute 1/2 arguing with this thing before i finally drove off. I WILL NOT be going to Taco Bell again, until you get real people.

Both their website and the door at the restaurant say they’re open everyday at 7 AM - it is 7:30 AM at the time of me writing this and despite employees being present in the building, the doors are locked and the drive thru is being ignored. Pro tip: If you advertise certain hours and don’t update them if they change, customers will still believe you’re open! Either way reflects laziness and negligence from this location.
- KTKush TandonSep 26, 20251.0So I came here once after placing a mobile order and when I got here they were closed because their whole system was down. I requested a refund and instead of giving me a refund they told me my order was ready hours later. I came here another time and they closed the store because they only had one guy working and he had to turn away like 5 customers. Not his fault but the 2nd time in a row I’ve tried to order and they’ve been closed. Also they have a weird AI that takes your order at the drive thru. I haven’t seen other Taco Bells do this but I imagine there are more. Either way, I’ve had to go to a different location multiple times so don’t waste your time here
