I have been visiting this Taco Bell due to its close proximity for about 4 to 6 times. On 9.28.2025 around 3:54PM, the cashier, Dayana/Diana (see image to see this impatient, awkwardly rude person) was uncooperative during a card transaction, and when the same card successfully paid the third time, she does not confirm nor deny the payment. One of her coworkers mentioned to me that she's always has an unprofessional comportment in the worksite. Essentially, I EXPECT this unhappy Dayana/Diana seeks another line of work because I will continue to come to this place out of close proximity. She has created this subvert tension among her other co-employees per the testimony of another employee, who apologized for her un-adult behavior today, saying she has done this several times before. Dayana/Diana typically has that short-sighted demeanor but today went over the line, madly raising her voice "cash" three times, and she needs to be removed from her employment at 16252 Harbor Blvd, Santa Ana, CA 92704.
